Question by cutie: i have a shi-poo puppy and she is in heat?
she has been bleeding since tues(3 days) when is that gonna stop. she is 8 months old and i am taking her on my trip to miami next week. she is going on the plane with me and i would hate for her to be bleeding in her carrier? any one can give me tips?

heaven forbid she messes up the carrier because you weren’t responsible.

She’ll bleed for a week or 2. Tie a string on her tail and call her a Tampax mix.

dont worry this is totally normal, the bleeding will get lesser and lesser then it will stop, and i in fact think i have the same dog, a male but i do think it is called a shih tzu pronounced (shit zoo) i no bad right. since it has been three days i think it would be safe to say she will be out of heat in 2 and a half weeks. the bleeding will last a week and a half. you can see your nearest vet for traveling prep otherwise i would suggest not taking her on a trip
