I’m trying to find websites or stores that have stylish pet purse carriers…any advice would be greatly appreciated.

My son has 4 1/2 pound chihuahua and got one there.
If you have a Tuesday Morning near you they usually have a nice selection. You could always put a small folded up blanket or towel in the bottom (might not be a bad idea anyway)
try pet edge.
