No, most planes won’t let you, unless it’s a specialty dog ( for people who are deaf, blind, or have seizures.)

Yes you can……..
sure! As long as your dog isn’t hyper, and wont be barking and making lots of noises on the flight. People would complain. lol So i would be careful…btw cute puppy!!!!
Call the airline. They usually have a numerical limit (one or two) for carry on dogs. If it can fit under the seat in front of you, there’s no problem.
Each airline has their own rules on sizes of the bag and how many animals can be on any one flight.
Your puppy will need an airline approved travel bag, like a sherpa, and you’ll need to check with the airline on size of the bag and cost. All the airlines charge extra for a pet as carry on and they don’t count them as your regular carry on.
You can bring the puppy on the plane in an airline approved crate that will be stowed under the seat in front of you. The puppy may NOT come out of the crate during the flight and you MUST make arrangements in advance with the airline because they only permit a certain number of in-cabin dogs per flight. The puppy does NOT have to be ext to you every minute. It’s not possible and it’s just plain silly.
