I’m flying from CA to TX in two weeks & am traveling for the first time with my 2 year old cat. I am carrying her in-cabin in her pet carrier. Any tips?

No joke, but go to the vet and get her drugged. The vet can give you a pill that the cat can take like 2 hours before you get on the plane. This way it calms the cat down and makes it less stressful for her. Also check with the airline and make sure they don’t have any rules and regulations, such as the animal has to be drugged or something along those lines. Also if the airline allows it make the carrier as comfy as possible, like put in an old shirt of yours inside so she can smell your scent and be comforted even if she can’t see you. Good luck!
